Collabshop (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website getcollabshop.com and the Collabshop platform (the “Service”). Collabshop is a creator-first affiliate marketplace built on TikTok Shop's infrastructure. We connect TikTok Shop sellers (“Sellers”) with TikTok content creators (“Creators”) to facilitate affiliate marketing relationships.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must:
For Sellers, you must additionally have an active, approved TikTok Shop seller account in good standing with TikTok's policies.
For Creators, you must have an active TikTok account. A TikTok Shop creator account is required to generate valid affiliate links.

For Creators: Collabshop is completely free. Creators pay nothing — no subscription fees, no cuts, no deductions of any kind. TikTok pays creator commissions directly through TikTok Shop's affiliate payment infrastructure. Collabshop has no involvement in creator payment disbursements.
For Sellers: Collabshop charges Sellers a 3% platform fee calculated on the verified gross merchandise value (GMV) driven by Collabshop creators in each calendar month. This fee is invoiced monthly, after results are confirmed, and is never charged upfront. If no sales are generated through Collabshop in a given month, no invoice is issued.
Example: If Collabshop creators drive $1,000 in verified sales for a Seller in a given month, the Seller is invoiced $30 (3% of $1,000). Sellers are required to have a valid payment method on file before their products are activated in the marketplace. Products may be paused within 48 hours of a failed or overdue payment until the outstanding balance is resolved.
There are no listing fees, subscription fees, or any other fees charged to Sellers beyond the 3% monthly GMV fee described above.

Collabshop uses the TikTok Shop Affiliate API pursuant to TikTok's API Terms of Service. By using Collabshop, you acknowledge that:
The Collabshop name, logo, website design, and all platform content are the intellectual property of Collabshop and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any Collabshop branding or content without our written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but you grant Collabshop a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and promote the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COLLABSHOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.
Collabshop does not guarantee any specific volume of sales, creator engagement, or revenue for Sellers or Creators. Past performance of products listed on the platform is not indicative of future results.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COLLABSHOP AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COLLABSHOP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID COLLABSHOP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collabshop and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Collabshop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@getcollabshop.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
